Bali is one of the most popular island destinations in the world. Before pandemic the streets in popular tourist spots were crowded — Cafe and tourist area like Seminyak, Uluwatu, Ubud, Bedugul, Kintamani almost never quiet. In 2022, this is a little different. With so many hotels, shopping areas, cafés and bars, and nowhere near the same number of tourists, it does feel pretty quiet. Instead of mostly packed restaurants, there might be only a few tables occupied. According to my friend in Bali reckoned tourist numbers are at about 40% of what they were before Covid. But nightlife in places like Seminyak and Canggu is still pumping and alot or people continue their party to the Gili T which is another popular island near to Bali or doing their Boat trip to Komodo Island or to Nusa Penida.
For entering Bali Indonesia those who has vaccinated and booster dont need any tests to enter, and for those unvaccinated people need a test pcr to enter Bali Indonesia. For the masks are pretty much non existent over here. This shouldn’t affect you too much if you’re a first time visitor and for Bali lover you always have your favorite places to return to.
